How It Works

How a 1-Minute Voice Evaluation Reveals Functional Health Patterns

Your voice carries detailed information about how your body is functioning. BioAcoustic voice evaluation analyses this information to identify regulatory and functional patterns — often before they appear clearly in blood work or other tests.

1

Your voice reflects whole-body regulation

The human voice is produced through the coordinated interaction of the nervous system, muscles, connective tissue, breathing, and biochemical signalling.

When regulation is stressed or imbalanced, subtle changes occur in the voice — even when symptoms are difficult to explain or tests appear “normal.”

2

BioAcoustics analyses these subtle changes

BioAcoustic evaluation listens to minute frequency shifts and pattern changes in the voice that correspond with how the body is adapting, compensating, or struggling.

This allows identification of regulatory stress patterns linked to nervous system load, hormonal strain, inflammatory signalling, structural tension, and functional imbalance.

3

Patterns are detected before symptoms fully stabilise

These regulatory patterns can appear sometimes weeks, up to around 30 days before they show clearly in blood work, and in some cases much earlier.

This is especially valuable for people who feel something isn’t right, but haven’t yet been given clear answers.

What this evaluation does — and does not — do

This is a voice-based evaluation that identifies regulatory and functional patterns reflected in the voice. It helps clarify where the body may be under strain, adapting, or losing balance.

It does not replace medical diagnosis or emergency care, but it can provide meaningful insight to help guide next steps — whether that’s further investigation, lifestyle change, collaboration with a medical or physical practitioner, or moving forward into personalised BioAcoustic therapy.

How to record your voice

Your 1-minute recording, done the right way

To get accurate results, your recording needs to be clear and consistent. The entire process is completed simply online and takes less than one minute.

Your recording is captured using our online voice recorder that is specifically calibrated to pick up bioacoustic frequency patterns within your voice.

If you don’t like your first recording, you can simply record it again before submitting. There is no limit and no penalty for re-recording — we want you to feel relaxed and confident.

1

Choose a quiet space

Find a calm room with minimal background noise. Turn off TV, music, and fans if possible.

2

Hold the phone consistently

Hold your phone about 15–20 cm from your mouth and keep it steady.

3

Use a natural voice

Speak at your normal volume and pace. No whispering or projecting — just natural speech.

Your recording is done in two short parts

We ask for two 30-second voice samples:

  • Mundane voice — where you speak about anything you like, in your own language.
  • Health voice — where you briefly speak about your health or what’s been troubling you.

The voice often changes when a person speaks about their health. These changes can reveal different patterns than everyday speech alone.

Quick checklist before you submit

  • You can re-record as many times as you like before submitting.
  • Record in one take (no editing or trimming).
  • Avoid background talking, wind noise, or echo.
  • Don’t use filters, enhancement modes, or speakerphone effects.
  • The entire recording process is completed online — no appointments required.

If your recording quality isn’t usable, we’ll let you know and ask for a clean re-recording. This ensures your evaluation is based on reliable voice data.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Who is this voice recording suitable for?

This BioAcoustic voice recording method can be used with adults and children of all ages. It does not require clear speech, specific words, or perfect conditions — only natural sound.

Adults and teens

  • Anyone wanting insight into regulation, stress, or ongoing symptoms
  • People who struggle to get answers from standard testing
  • You can speak in your own language
  • No performance or special voice technique required

Children, autism, ADHD & non-verbal communication

  • Suitable for children, including non-verbal children
  • Autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivity, or communication differences are not a barrier
  • No need for words — laughing, humming, grunting, or vocal play are all suitable

For non-verbal children: any natural vocal sound is acceptable. The key requirement is a minimum of 30 seconds of continuous vocal sound, which provides enough frequency information for analysis.

If a child becomes restless or unsettled, it’s fine to pause and try again later. Calm, natural sound in a familiar environment is always better than forcing a recording.

What happens after you submit

How BioAcoustic frequency analysis evaluates your voice

Once your recording is submitted, it enters a structured BioAcoustic evaluation process. This is not a diagnostic test or automated algorithm. Your voice is analysed as a frequency-based biological signal to identify patterns that reflect how your body is regulating, adapting, and responding at the time of recording.

The voice as a biological frequency map

The human voice carries a complex spectrum of frequencies generated by the nervous system, muscular coordination, respiratory control, and biochemical signalling. Every system in the body contributes to this frequency output.

BioAcoustic analysis focuses on the relationships between frequencies — including stability, variability, harmonic balance, and frequency dominance — rather than on spoken words or language content.

When the body is under stress, inflammation, hormonal imbalance, or adaptive load, these changes often appear as measurable shifts within the vocal frequency profile.

Because these frequency relationships are governed by biological regulation, they can sometimes reveal patterns of strain before structural changes or biochemical markers appear in standard testing.

How frequency patterns are interpreted

During evaluation, frequency patterns in the voice are compared against established biological frequency relationships derived from decades of BioAcoustic research.

This allows the analysis to identify areas where systems may be under load, compensating, or working harder to maintain balance, rather than functioning efficiently.

Instead of isolating a single symptom, BioAcoustics looks at how multiple systems interact simultaneously — including nervous system regulation, hormonal signalling, metabolic stress, inflammatory response, and structural or muscular tension.

These frequency-based insights are often valuable when symptoms persist, fluctuate, or remain unexplained despite otherwise normal clinical findings.

From frequency analysis to clear findings

1

Recording quality is reviewed to ensure the frequency data is clear, consistent, and suitable for accurate interpretation.

2

Key frequency patterns are identified and organised into meaningful focus areas, highlighting where the body may be under strain or compensating.

3

These findings are compiled into a clear evaluation report outlining what was detected and what may be relevant to support moving forward.

Understanding your results

How to read your voice recording report

Your report is not a diagnosis or a medical test. It is a functional snapshot of how your body is communicating through the voice at this moment in time — highlighting patterns related to regulation, stress, compensation, and adaptability.

Patterns, not labels

The report focuses on recurring vocal patterns rather than naming diseases or conditions. These patterns reflect how different systems may be working harder, compensating, or struggling to self-regulate.

Why the voice matters

The voice carries subtle frequency shifts linked to the nervous system and physiology. In many cases, these changes appear before they are visible in blood work or imaging.

Making sense of symptoms

Many people find the report helps explain why symptoms persist, fluctuate, or feel “off” even when standard tests come back normal.

Your report is designed to inform, not alarm.

It can be used as a personal insight tool, shared with a medical practitioner, chiropractor, physiotherapist, or other health professional, or used as the foundation for personalised BioAcoustic therapy if you choose to continue.

Your report can support other care — or stand on its own

Your BioAcoustic report is designed to be clear, shareable, and practical. Many people choose to use it alongside other forms of care to help conversations move forward.

Helpful to share with

  • Medical practitioners or specialists
  • Chiropractors or osteopaths
  • Physiotherapists or massage therapists
  • Integrative, functional, or holistic practitioners
  • Any professional supporting your health or recovery

Why people find it useful

  • It highlights patterns that may not show clearly in tests
  • It helps explain symptoms that haven’t improved or don’t yet have a diagnosis
  • It gives language to what the body may be struggling to regulate
