By choosing to use our website you agree and understand that BioAcoustic Health & Biology Reasearch Ltd uses an experiemental protocol that can require significant follow up including reporting any changes or results that may occur. Research is an ongoing process and may not produce the results that you want.

All BioAcoustic Energy Evaluations are considered complimentary to the healing arts services that are licensed. Any suggestions, comments, guidelines or information given will reference the energetics of the evaluation only, and support balancing the body energetically. All deficiencies or toxicities are implied in energetic terms only, and can be supplemented in a myriad of ways, not just through nutritional supplementation and sound.

BioAcoustic Health & Biology Research Ltd is a research company that does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or heal clients. We provide clients with Frequency Equivalents® that are created and supplied by The Sound Health Institute, Ohio USA,  that are related to specific health concerns that you are experiencing. BioAcoustic Health & Biology Research Ltd encourages our clients to consult with a doctor or health care provider for medical advice regarding diagnosis and treatment related to their medical conditons.

When you pay and submit your Evaluation form and Voice recordings, you understand and authorize your signature for yourself or as an agent/parent and are participating in a BioAcoustic Evaluation and/or Sound Presentation voluntarily, accepting full responsibility for the use of the information provided in your Evaluation. You release, indemnify, and hold BioAcoustic Health & Biology Research Ltd harmless from all claims resulting from participation in your Evaluation and/or Sound Presentation. Furthermore, you understand that BioAcoustic Health & Biology Research Ltd uses an experimental technique and does not take the place of your doctor or other licensed medical professional.

By proceeding, you also agree to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction directly with BioAcoustic Health & Biology Research Ltd for resolution, and not to publish or share false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the company, its staff, or its services. Constructive feedback is always welcome and will be addressed promptly and professionally.

Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to Instant Download programs. Personalized and custom-built programs are made uniquely from your voice data and therefore are non-refundable once we receive your voice recordings.

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee ONLY on our Instant Download Programs. We require that you contact us via, the Chat, Email or Phone to first explain your concerns. If we are not able to adjust your frequencies or help to make a difference to your health, we will refund you in full.

However, every Personalized Plan includes our Reassessment Guarantee — during your first listening phase, if your response changes or you experience discomfort, we’ll reassess your voiceprint and provide adjusted tones at no additional cost. This ensures your program stays aligned, safe, and supportive throughout.

By participating, you acknowledge that Personalized BioAcoustic Programs are custom wellness services, and therefore are not eligibile for a refund once we receive your voice recordings.

We reserve the right to update these terms without notice.
